Years ago, I had a little crisis in my life. It was a time of high stress for my family from work and looking after a young family. I recall one afternoon, after a dispute with my better half, feeling miserable and depressed over the meaning of life. Life to me, at that point was ticking like a clockwork every single day. In my stream of tears, for no reason, I heard a very small whisper coming from the depth of my heart, “be grateful for the things you have”. That voice was so tiny that I could have missed it. But that soft voice woke me up. Yes, be grateful for the things I have – an advice that I have heard umpteen times but have totally forgotten as well. That tiny voice started my journey for the positive change in my life.
