What you need:
2 cups celery
1 tbsp lotus seeds
1 sprig parsley
2 cups water
1 tsp chiaseed
1 tsp flaxseed
A dash of turmeric powder
A dash of cinnamon powder
Soak lotus seeds overnight
Blend lotus seeds thoroughly with water.
Add parsley, celery and blend.
Add fruits and boosters. Blend at high speed for 1 minute.
