Growing up in Singapore, one of the bonus is that we eat ice-creams and popsicles all year long. I really enjoy making these popsicles. The best part is they are super simple, for this batch of kiwi mango popsicles, I have my youngest son as my little helper. Simply cut up the fruits, blend them and pour them into the mould. I love the fact that there are no added sugar, they are 100% natural! I got my popsicle molds from Daiso for $2 which I felt is really a steal. Any other moulds or small paper cups would have worked perfectly.
What you need:
Blend kiwi, pour into popsicle molds
Blend mango, fill up the rest of molds
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run under water until they are easily released.
